The legal framework governing your partnership with Jama Industries.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or utilizing our software and automation services, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jama Industries, governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Professional Conduct
Clients must provide accurate data for industrial integrations. Jama Industries reserves the right to suspend services if provided technical environments are unsafe or non-compliant.
Prohibited Use
You may not reverse-engineer our proprietary automation scripts, industrial IoT protocols, or forum-style database architectures.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA), all custom software code, SCADA configurations, and Industrial IoT architectures developed by Jama Industries remain the intellectual property of Jama Industries until full payment is received.
3. Quotations and Payments
Quotations provided via our platform are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on changes in project scope or technical requirements.
- Deposits may be required for large-scale industrial automation projects.
- Late payments may result in the temporary suspension of software licenses or cloud services.
4. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer
Jama Industries shall not be held liable for operational downtime or data loss resulting from third-party hardware failures, legacy system incompatibilities, or unauthorized access to your industrial infrastructure.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa.
